Jeremy re-tested the "Baseline" WOD for the first time in a year and...demonstrated that unbroken is not always faster. On such a short WOD you have to push yourself to the point you almost have to stop, but don't. It's not about slow and steady. He went unbroken, finishing in 4:19, which was 18 seconds slower than his PR of 4:01 where he pushed much harder and broke on the air squats and pull-ups.
