Method of making Hyderabadi Kheema or Minced Meat Recipe

1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon

2.To this add sliced onions - 2 medium sized and fry till they turn light brown

3.Add ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon and fry till raw smell disappears

4.Then add minced meat - 250 gram and salt - 1 teaspoon

5.Saute them till water completely dries in it and oil appears on sides

6.Add
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Fresh fenugreek leaves - 2 tablespoon
Saute for two minutes

7.Add water and cook till mutton turns tender

8.Now add green chillies - 4 and coriander leaves

9.Mix it and cook till desired consistency

10.Serve hot with khichdi or chapati
