Roasted and Smokey Cluster Beans Ki Sabji.
1. Wash vegetables, cut both edges keep aside
2. Put cluster beans on grill and roast them on fire, smoke with Oil, keep aside.
3. Crush garlic pods and red chilly powder, keep aside.
4. Heat kadai in oil, add cumin seeds, crushed garlic paste, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder fry.
5. Add thick curd stir, mix, cook in low flame. Add coriander powder at end and cook for few minutes.
Salad:
6. Cut onion round, remove layer and make rings, roast them on fire, sprinkle salt, coriander leaves.
