Jeff and Jessica took on the CrossFit benchmark WOD 'Diane'. Jeff finished in 7:21, Jessica in 13:57. Neither athlete had performed this WOD previously using plates to elevate their hands next to the abmat for handstand push-ups - which makes the HSPUs a bit harder. Credit to both athletes for giving it a shot for the first time in this video.
